Terms & Conditions

1.      RESERVATION PROCEDURE

All rates are NETT, Non-Commissionable, and quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Reservation / Booking must be done in writing (FAX or E-Mail) directly to TOUR AMERICA, Inc. as soon as possible, especially during high and holiday seasons.  Upon receiving your reservation request, TOUR AMERICA, Inc. will acknowledge your request with confirmation complete with rates or otherwise decline the reservation if sold out condition apply.

Full payment for services booked must be received at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date.

 All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice.

2.      CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be made in writing (by FAX or E-Mail) to TOUR AMERICA, Inc.  All cancellations made less than 7 (seven) business days are subject to full cancellation fee.

3.      TOUR PACKAGE BOOKING

Rates are INCLUSIVE of:

 Hotel accommodations

Transportation

Admission (as specified)

Applicable taxes

Rates are EXCLUDED of:

Meals

Gratuities (driver tip, porterage tips, etc.)

Incidentals

4.      F.I.T. HOTEL BOOKING

Rates are INCLUSIVE of applicable local taxes.

Rates are based on availability, and not valid during convention, special event or holiday period.

5.      F.I.T. HOTEL NOTATIONS:

(2*) = Budget Category Hotel

(3*) = Tourist Category Hotel

(4*) = Business / Deluxe Category Hotel

(5*) = Luxury Category Hotel

TPL room rate is based on Triple Occupancy WITHOUT any rollaway bed.  Extra surcharge will apply for rollaway bed request and it is based on availability (not guaranteed)

6.      DISCLAIMER

TOUR AMERICA, Inc. acts only as an agent for various transportation, lodging, sightseeing and other related travel services and is in no way to be considered the principle of these services or as an agent of the tour participant/group.

TOUR AMERICA, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify part or whole tour itinerary if it is deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of the tour participants.

TOUR AMERICA, Inc. reserves the right to decline, refuse, accept, and retain service for anyone at any time.

TOUR AMERICA, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, expense, accident, injury or damage to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strike, war (declared or undeclared), theft, government regulations, failure of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control or by any other reason whatsoever.

TOUR AMERICA, Inc.’s total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount of funds received for any such service.
